(HBO) – Implementing the orders from the Commander of Military Region 3, on March 1st, the Military Command Board of 11 provinces and the city in the whole province held a training ceremony in 2018.

Accordingly, in training in 2018, the
Military Boards of 11 districts and cities will continue to thoroughly
implement the Directives and Resolutions of the higher level on the performance
of Military Defense - Military Army; to focus on training Armed Forces under
the guideline of "basic, practical and solid", attaching much
importance to synchronized and intensive training; combining military training,
political education with training specializations; to train the combatants with
training campaigns; to organize the training close to the tasks, objects, areas
and actual combats, to tak the main practice. It will strengthen the training,
synergistic practice between the forces in the responsible area; training of
using weapons equipped to meet the task requirements, focusing on improving the
quality of formal construction, managing and training under disciplines;
building a strong comprehensive unit; strict implementation of the regime Ready
to Fight; improving the ability of being ready to fight of thse local troops
and Militia of self-defense; actively prevent and defeat all the plots,
anti-democratic tricks of hostile forces, promptly and effectively dealing with
situations without being passive and sudden, contributing to maintaining the
political security - social order and safety in the locality.

At the training ceremony in 2018, the
military offices of 11 districts and cities organized the swooping race
"Good training, strict forging, discipline, effective." In
particular, this will focus on well implementating indicators, including organizing
the training to achieve the highest results, the best "ready to fight”, the
most serious training.
