(HBO) - The commune has over 10 youths’ models of economic development which are operating effectively and creating jobs for dozens of local people with the stable annual income of 70 to 200 million VND. This is a remarkable result showing the effectiveness of youth movements in emulation of creating own life and establish own business at Doan Ket commune (Yen Thuy district).

The model of planting orchids of the young
man – Bui Van Trinh, at Nam Thai hamlet, brings high incomes.
According to the introduction of Hamlet Youth
Union, we went to visit the farming models of Mr. Bui Van Tu at Hamlet No.11,
Doan Ket commune. With 400 rabbits for meat, 200 rabbit breeds and hundreds of
rabbits, his family earned 200 million VND net profits (after minus all
expenditures) in 2017. From 2018, with the scale of 2000 m2 farm, he
continued to invest over 1000 breeds of rabbit. In addition to increase income,
he also fed more than 300 broilers and 30 egg laying chickens.
Participating in the Youth Union at hamlet,
Mr.Tu had a chance to access a lot of knowledge about household economic
development, visit and learn many business models in the neighboring areas.
Therefore, he desired to enrich in his homeland. To raise capital, he went to
work in Ha Noi, and with 30 million VND saved from working, he decides to invest
in feeding rabbits.
Over the years, the Youth Union has launched
many programs and activities in order to support capitals and techniques, and
solve the unemployment problems for young people. Besides, it was active to
coordinate in organizing and encouraging young people to participate in
training courses and transfer science and techniques in agricultural production
or new business trends. Thereby, it promoted the start-up movements as well as
contributed to social economic development in the commune. Currently, the Youth
Union was entrusted by bank to receive over 3 billion VND through three
financial institutes in order for 67 youths to borrow and develop economy. This
source has contributed to share difficulties with many local youths in the process
of establishing business.
Together with Mr. Bui Van Tu, Doan Ket
commune currently has many effective models of economic developments, such as
the models of growing asparagus of Ms. Bui Thi Thien (Phu Ve hamlet), breeding
local pigs of Mr. Bui Van Truong (Nam Binh hamlet), growing red dragon fruit of
Mr. Bui Van Thanh (Yen Binh hamlet) or plating orchids of Mr. Bui Van Trinh
(Nam Thai hamlet).
