encouragement association has recorded drumbeats and short instructions for

remind local residents and children of the study time.
The
association has coordinated with secretaries of party cells, heads of
residential areas, the association’s members and teachers of Ky Son town
elementary and secondary schools to set up a group in charge of promoting the
fondness of learning. The group sends members to families with children of school
ages to talk with parents about the importance of learning and encourage children
