(HBO) - In the opening ceremony and the day the all people take children to school in the school year 2019 - 2020, thousands of gifts and scholarships were awarded to poor students.

These gifts and scholarships were encouraged by the Study Encouragement Association at all levels, organizations, individuals, businesses, philanthropists...  

These are gifts of encouragement to help the children at the beginning of the new school year. Through this activity, the Study Encouragement Funds at all levels have promoted the pioneering role and encouraged the participation of the whole society in encouraging study and talent promotion activities.
 
Giving gifts to students on the occasion of starting the 2019-2020 school year from the Study Encouragement Fund.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Loi, Vice Chairwoman of the provincial Study Encouragement Association, said: The establishment of the Study Encouragement Fund is implemented in the direction of diversifying and mobilizing social contributions. In 9 months of 2019, the Study Encouragement Fund at all levels in Hoa Binh province raised VND 19.6 billion. The total study promotion fund of the whole province is 22.89 billion VND, the average fund is 26,778 VND/person. If the Family Study Encouragement Fund is included from the plastic pig raising study encouragement fund, the total fund of the province is 32.1 billion VND.

In nine months of 2019, the Study Encouragement Association at all levels in Hoa Binh province won over 2.9 billion VND and awarded scholarships to students. In which, the provincial Study Encouragement Association awarded 344 scholarships and gifts for typical teachers, pupils in especially difficult circumstances with the total amount of 234 million VND. District and cites Study Encouragement Association awarded 4,025 scholarships.
