(HBO) - The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Hoa Binh province has opened a refresher course to improve kills related to rural tourism services (OCOP) in 2019 in Da Bac district, which will last from August 20-26.
Attending
the course are 35 trainees who are from travel agencies and tour operators,
individuals, households and cooperatives specializing in community-based
tourism development in connection with new-style rural area; and those units in
charge of culture, sports and tourism of the district and Hien Luong and Tien
Phong communes.
Trainees
are provided with basic knowledge on tourism overview, the Law on Tourism 2017,
the Government’s Decree and Circular of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and
Tourism on the implementation of the Law on Tourism; communication skills;
experience in community tourism service business; and practices of reception,
accommodations and food.
In
this course, trainees will be offered a chance to participate in a field trip
to Moc Chau district, Son La province.
The
course is expected to raise participants’ awareness of the importance of
tourism development in connection with new rural construction./.
