On April 5th, in Hoa Binh city, the Tourism Association of Hoa Binh province and Tourism Association of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province jointly organized a conference to promote cooperation and tourism development. There was the attendance of Mr. Nguyen Van Toan, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.


Mr. Nguyen Van Toan, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; the representatives of the appropriate departments, branches and the members of the Tourism Association of the two provinces witnessed the signing ceremony of cooperation and tourism development in the two provinces, Hoa Binh and Ba Ria - Vung Tau.

The Tourism Association of the two provinces introduced the local potential and advantages in the field of tourism development. Accordingly, in the face of the current trend of globalization and international integration, the tourism in the two provinces is promoting linkages between the state management agencies as well as the businesses operating of the provinces in the region and the whole country. Currently, Hoa Binh and Ba Ria - Vung Tau provinces are focusing on developing tourism, makimg it become a key economic sector, increasing the investment in infrastructure for services and tourism, especially connecting the transport infrastructure in the region.

Making a speech at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Van Toan, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized: Along with focusing on investing in key transport infrastructure and regional connectivity, Hoa Binh is directing the diversification of tourism products, developing eco-tourism products of high quality. The province í trying to welcome about 4.9 million turns of visitors by 2025 and the total revenue of about 5,400 billion VND.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee hopes that the Tourism Association and the businesses of the two provinces will work together to well implement the contents signed in the Program promoting cooperation and developing tourism by implementing the specifical activitie to promote the markets of the two localities and the people of the two provinces to travel more. At the same time, the images of Hoa Binh and Ba Ria - Vung Tau are communicated more to domestic and international tourists.

Within the framework of the conference, the signing ceremony of an association - cooperation agreement on tourism development between the Tourism Association of the two provinces took place with the goal of "Linkage - Cooperation and Development”. The content focuses on research and proposing the methods of association and cooperation to promote the tourism image of both localities in tourism publications and on electronic information websites. It is necesary to build and connect tourism routes between the member enterprises of the two provinces. Exploiting and developing touristm routes by air and road will creat conditions for the businesses, travel agencies, tourism, restaurants, and hotels to connect and develop.
