Tourism service providers discuss measures to improve popularisation work.

The tourism sector has joined hands with competent departments, branches and localities to propose the provincial tourism steering board measures to carry out the Law on Tourism, a myriad of the Government and Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism’s decrees and circulars, and several resolutions, decisions and tourism development programmes of the province.

In the framework of the discussion, representatives from the State management agencies, communications agencies, and tourism service providers discussed and shared their opinions on the building of strategies to popularise local tourism, as well as the development of standout offerings and transport infrastructure, among others.

Currently, the province is enhancing investment for tourism infrastructure development, while diversifying offerings to lure more visitors.

Hoa Binh is now home to more than 500 lodging facilities, including one four-star and 10 three-star hotels. It is expecting to welcome 4.2 million tourist arrivals and rake in more than 4.6 trillion VND (180.88 million USD).
