In the last months of the year, the Provincial People's Committee directed the functional departments, branches and localities to improve the quality of investor selection associated with reviewing and withdrawing the slow implementation projects, non-implementation projects, and the projects with the signs of holding land, waiting for an opportunity to transfer, violating the law. It is necessary to continue to promote the administrative reform; promptly proposing the Provincial People's Council to promulgate the specific mechanisms, policies, and decentralization contents to create a favorable legal corridor for the effective organization and implementation.
