According to the Tan Lac District’s Branch of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies (VBSP), in January 2025, the bank disbursed nearly 18 billion VND to more than 300 poor households and policy beneficiaries. Notably, the employment solution loan program had the highest disbursement, with over 5.1 billion VND, helping 81 employees access the capital to create jobs and develop their economies.
The employment loan helps the residents in Hong Duong area, Man Đuc town (Tan Lac), invest in better care for their pomelo orchards.
By the end of January 2025, the total outstanding loan balance of the employment solution program in the district reached over 77 billion VND, with 1,806 customers still having outstanding loans. This is an important resource, contributing to creating stable jobs, increasing income, and improving the lives of the people.
In recent years, the employment solution loan program of VBSP of Tan Lac District has supported many households to escape poverty and sustainably develop their economy. Currently, the demand for loans continues to rise. The VBSP branch of Tan Lac District is trying to mobilize various funding sources to meet the legitimate needs of the people, helping to expand production, and business and stabilize livelihoods.

The loan disbursement amounted to 204.1 billion VND, benefiting 3,369 poor households and other policy beneficiaries. Among this, over 16 billion VND was disbursed to the poor households, more than 17 billion VND to near-poor households, and over 14.6 billion VND to households that have recently escaped poverty. The program with the highest disbursement was the employment solution program, with nearly 29 billion VND loaned to 1,271 customers.
