(HBO) - The Provincial Communist Youth Union and the Youth Union of the province have just organized an exchange program to congratulate the young people and students from Laos studying at the Economic - Technical College and the Provincial Technical - Technology College on the occasion of the traditional Tet holiday. Bun-pi-may in 2021 of the People's Democratic Republic of Laos.

In the framework of the exchange program, the young people of Hoa Binh witnessed the celebration of the traditional Bun-pi-may ceremony; received the lucky thread with the meaningful wishes and especially they had a chance to witness the water splatter of Laotian friends.

On this occasion, the Provincial Communist Youth Union and the Youth Union of the province had gifts to congratulate the new year to the young Laotian students studying at 2 schools.

This is a meaningful activity that affirms the special traditional friendship between Vietnam and Laos in general and Hoa Binh province with Hua Phan province in particular. Especially, in the coming time the activities of the cultural exchange between the youth of the two provinces will be held more and there will be more activities to encourage and support the young people and students from Laos.
