(HBO) – From January the 3rd to 7th, The Department of Education and Training of Hoa Binh city organized successfully the football championship of Phu Dong Youth Games for pupils at primary and secondary schools in 2017. The championship was being attended by 33 football clubs with more than 300 players, in which, 18 clubs were at primary schools and 15 clubs were from secondary schools.

In 5 days of exciting competitions, 53 competition matches were held, in which there were 31 matches of primary schools and 22 matches of secondary schools. With the total of 193 goals recorded, many players contributed to the wonderful matches and beautiful scenes for the audience. This championship showed the training effort of participants, the professional quality has been higher and the strong development of the movements.

The results were that the organizers awarded 2 first prizes for Le Van Tam High School and Huu Nghi Secondary School, 2 second prizes for Dan Chu Secondary and High School and Le Quy Don Secondary School; 4 third prizes for Huu Nghi High School, Yen Mong High School, Thong Nhat Secondary School and Yen Mong Secondary School.

Besides, the organizers awarded the most excellent players for Nguyen Duc Thang (Huu Nghi High School), Nguyen Duc Duong (Le Quy Don Secondary School); the most goal scorers for Nguyen The Hoa (Dan Chu Secondary and High School), Nguyen Trong Hieu (Huu Nghi Secondary School); the best goalkeepers were awarded for Vu Hoang Long (Le Van Tam High School) and Nguyen Thien An (Le Quy Don Secondary School).
