Da Bac district outstandingly won the best
male team championship
At each Cup, the district participated in the
full contents with the largest number of athletes. Attending the XXVII
traditional Marathon Cup of Hoa Binh Newspaper, Da Bac delegation participated
in all six contents. At the end of the tournament, the district won 3 first
prizes (men's champion, young men, high school and students females) and 3
first prizes of teammates (teammates of male, female champion and young
teammates). Finally, Da Bac district excellently won the first prize.
Mr. Do Viet Cuong, the Director of Da Bac
District Culture and Sports Centers said: Da Bac is one of the districts
participating in all Marathon Cups organized by Hoa Binh Newspaper. To achieve
high results, the District Center for Culture and Sports planned to select the
athletes of the communes and units by organizing annual District Marathon Cup.
After organizing the district's tournaments, we selected the best athletes with
high achievements in all the categories, followed by a one week training as
planned and followed the content of the coach. Although there were many distant
athletes such as in Giap Dat commune, they still tried to arrange full time
training sessions of the Culture and Sports Center. From there, the whole team
could maintain their technique, experience and tactics.
The athlete Dinh Thanh Hue has made a deep
impression. His name is closely associated with the traditional Marathon Cup of
Hoa Binh Newspaper. Mr. Dinh Thanh Hue has participated for 13 times and has
won the champion for nine times. Besides, Da Bac district also trained the
successive generations of the elder athletes, such as the athletes Xa Thanh
Son, Xa Tuan Anh, Ban Hong Que, Xa Thi Diep, etc. The athletes united, made
their efforts to maintain the title of champion of the traditional Marathon Cup
of Hoa Binh Newspaper for the 6th consecutive times.
The athlete Xa Tuan Anh (the first prize of
the youngest male content) said: This is the third time I participated in the
traditional Marathon Cup of Hoa Binh Newspaper. I am very happy and proud to
represent the athletes in Da Bac district to participate in the provincial
Championship.
The Hoa Binh provincial Health sector trade union organized the 1st expanded Hoa Binh provincial Health sector Pickleball tournament in 2025.
At the Hoa Binh provincial sports arena, the Organizing Committee of the 8th Hoa Binh City Sports Festival 2025 held youth and championship crossbow shooting, tug of war, and stick pushing tournaments.
