(HBO) – On the occasion of 88th founding anniversary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931-2019) and 60 years of the establishment of Kim Boi district (April 17, 1959-2019), the Youth Union of Kim Boi district held a volleyball tournament for local youngsters.
The organising board presents
prizes to winning teams.
The tournament drew 39 male and female teams from 30 local
youth unions across the district, including 13 female and 26 male teams. After
two days of competition, with the sport spirit and the encouragement of
audience, the tournament closed with success.
The tournament contributed to enhancing solidarity among
youngsters, giving a useful playground for them and creating favourable
conditions for officials and members of the unions and local youngsters to
exchange and share experience in volleyball and improving their health.
Concluding the tournament, in the men category, the Bac Son
commune team won the first prize, the team of Ha Bi commune won the second
prize, and the Kim Boi police team and Kim Son commune team won the third
prize.
In the women category, the first prize came to Kim Son
commune’s team, the second prize was bagged by 19/5 High School’s team, and the
third prize was shared by Nat Son and Lap Chieng communes’ teams.
Alongside, the organising board presented the best player to
Trieu Van Toan from Bac Son commune and Bui Thi Duong from Kim Son commune.
