(HBO) - The students are competing according to the age group with the following contents: the basic exercise regulations, the self-selected aerobic exercise for 8 people, the self-selected aerobic exercise for 3 people.

Aerobic exercise is both an aesthetic and a recreational sport, combining music and dance. It is appropriate for the age of students. The practice of performing many different movements to each melody of music help children relax and improve their health, making the muscle groups firm and creating the endurance for children.

At the end of the tournament, the Organizing Committee awarded 7 first prizes, 7 second prizes and 7 third prizes for the excellent competitions.

Specifically (stating only the first prizes): In the content of the self-selected exercise for 3 people in grades 1-3, the first prize was awarded to Cao Duong Elementary & Junior Secondary School; In the content of the appointed exercise for 8 people in grades 4 – 5 the first prize was awarded toCao Duong Elementary & Junior Secondary School; In the content of the self-selected exercise for 8 people in grades 4 - 5, the first prize was awarded to Bai Lang Elementary & Junior High School; In the content of the self-selected exercise for 3 people in grades 4 - 5, the first prize was awarded to Nhuan Trach Elementary & Junior Secondary School; The appointed exercise for 8 people at the age of junior high school, the first prize was awarded to Cu Yen Elementary & Junior high school; The self-selected exercise for 8 people at the age of junior high school, the first prize was awarded to Tien Son Elementary & Junior High School; In the content of the self-selected exercise for 3 people at the age of junior high school, the first prize was awarded to Tien Son Elementary & Junior High School.
