The Vietnam Television (VTV) National Cycling Tournament – Ton Hoa Sen Cup 2020 will take place from September 2-10 with the participation of 10 strong teams from across the country, with each comprising of eight athletes.

The information was announced by the organising committee during a press briefing in Ho Chi Minh City on July 15.
The tournament will feature nine stages stretching 1,156 kilometres, starting from Hanoi on September 2; running through cities and provinces including Hanoi, Ha Nam, Ninh Binh, Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Thua Thien Hue, Da Nang, Quang Nam and Quang Ngai; and concluding in Binh Dinh Province’s Quy Nhon City eight days later.
The annual event offers an opportunity for Vietnamese cyclists to gain experience and improve their professional level and technique in the context of many tournaments being postponed or cancelled due to the impact off the COVID-19 pandemic.
Under the theme "Proud of VTV’s 50 Years”, the VTV Cycling Cup 2020 especially aims to celebrate the 50th anniversary of VTV’s first broadcast (September 7, 1970-2020).

During the two days, November 7 - 8, the Provincial Women's Union organized the steam volleyball tournament for the officials of the Women's Union at all levels of Hoa Binh province in 2024. There was the attendance of Mr. Bui Tien Luc, the member of the Standing Committee, the Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Commission for Mass Mobilization.

Taking place from October 9 to 20 in Hoa Binh City, the National Road and Mountain Bike Championships 2024 attracted hundreds of young athletes from provinces and cities across the country.
In the afternoon of October 26th, at Hoa Binh Provincial Stadium, Hoa Binh Football Club (Hoa Binh FC) had a confrontation with Truong Tuoi Binh Phuoc Club in the framework of round 1 – the First National Division Football Tournament in 2024 - 2025.
In the morning of October 22nd, at Yen Thuy District’s Stadium, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism coordinated with Yen Thuy District’s People's Committee to organize the opening ceremony of the 2024 Volleyball Championship of Hoa Binh province.
