Since the complicated development f Covid-19 epidemics, Mr. Tran Duc Nam from Tan Thinh Ward (Hoa Binh City) has chosen a new sport for health training, which is cycling and running. Although he can play many different sports, volleyball is his favorite one. It has becoming more and more popular, it does not require much technique or physical strength, and everyone can participate regardless of the age or the gender. Each training session is filled with fun and exciting atmosphere and cheer. Mr. Nam said "As a person practicing sports regularly, having to practice alone at home makes me feel very secretive. Now, the practice is more comfortable, being able to play the favorite sport with the familiar teammates in a spacious, airy space with fresh air, high spirit and comfort, which helps dispel stress. It is hoped that theclocal authorities and the people will continue to unite and be determined to maintain the achievements of COVID-19 prevention and control in the coming time.”

As noted, at some familiar outdoor sports training places in the city such as Hoa Binh Square, Da Giang dike road, Truong Han Sieu street, the yard of the city’s cultural house ... there are quite a lot of people practicing sports such as cycling, walking, jogging, badminton, soccer. Most of the people are aware of strictly complying with the regulations on preventing and controlling the pandemics. For the individual sports, most of the people wear face masks, choose the areas with few people and keep a safe distance during the practice. It is easy to see that most of the people are more comfortable in practicing sports and ensuring the implementation of the measures for Covid-19 prevention. Thereby, it has been contributing to improving health, strengthening resistance to disease, increasing solidarity and building the cultural life in the residential areas...

In addition, the force of the athletes, the gifted students of high-achievement sports have been maintaining daily practice for their physical strength, maintaining and improving the personal achievements. When the tournaments in the system of high-achivement sports are organized, the appropriate training plans will be applied so that the athletes and the students can be best psychologically, physically, technically and tactically prepared, and the are ready to participate in the competition. Mr. Nguyen Nghia Hung, the Vice Principal of the Provincial Talented Shool for Sports Training and Competition said: "Currently, the athletes and the students maintain daily practice every morning and afternoon. The students in the gifted sports classes, training and coaching are arranged reasonably so that they can balance between their study and practice. The prevention and control of Covid-19 pandemics have been implemented in parallel with training”.

On October 16th-17th, Hoa Binh Football Club held the first enrollment in 2021, which is one of the province's outstanding sports events recently, and it attracted about 1,200 candidates at the age off 11 to 15 from the districts and the city.
