On October 11th, the Provincial People's Committee held a meeting of the local Organizing Committee to coordinate the organization of home matches of Hoa Binh Football Club at the National First Division Football Tournament - Golden Star Beer 2024/ 2025, the National Cup in 2024 - 2025. Mr. Nguyen Van Toan, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, the Chairman of the Provincial Football Federation chaired the meeting.

The 2024 - 2025 National First Division Football Tournament has attracted the participation of 11 professional football clubs. This is the third year Hoa Binh Football Club (Hoa Binh FC) has been present in the national first division. In this football season, the club plays 10 home matches, 10 away matches, and other matches in the National Cup. 

The playing time for Hoa Binh FC's home matches this season is adjusted to start at 6:00 p.m. in the summer and 5:00 p.m. in the winter. Hoa Binh FC's first home match takes place at 5:00 p.m. on October 19 at Hoa Binh Provincial Stadium, playing against SHB Da Nang Club. The organizers do not sell tickets and are publicly open. 

At the meeting, the members of the local Organizing Committee mentioned several aspects that need to be learned from experience for this season's matches, including the information and propaganda work for the match, a mechanical speaker system, the mobile information facilities, and vehicles that need to be enhanced. It is necessary to build marquees and hang banners and slogans on the main roads in Hoa Binh City and in the the areas outside the stadium. The urban beautification and environmental landscape need embellishing, there is a need for the traffic flow plan and parking spaces to ensure that there are no traffic jams. And the receptionist service…need to be concerned.

Making the conclusion speech, Mr. Nguyen Van Toan, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasizes: Maintaining a stable and growing Hoa Binh Football Club is a political task to successfully implement the Congress Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Committee; helping improve the people's spiritual life. We request that all levels, branches, Hoa Binh City, and the member units of the Organizing Committee to review the assigned functions and tasks. The priority should be given on the best conditions for the facilities, ensuring fire and explosion prevention, food safety, security, and order... At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen propaganda in many forms to attract the people to cheer and encourage the team. The power supply to the stadium must be ensured. A plan for traffic flow and parking places must be developed to ensure that there is no congestion. And the thorough preparation for the best conditions for matches and for the people to watch and cheer must be taken into consideration...
