(HBO) - According to the statistics from the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, in the first quarter, it was estimated to welcome 560,000 turns of visitors in the whole province, reaching 54.9% compared to the same period last year (reaching 17% of the year’s plan).
In which, there were 62,000 turns of international visitors,
reaching 94.6% compared to the same period last year (reaching 12.4% of the
year’s plan), there were 498,000 turns of domestic visitors, reaching 52.2%
compared to the same period last year (reaching 17.8% of the year’s plan). The
total revenue from tourism is estimated at 380 billion VND, reaching 73.5%
compared to the same period last year (reaching 15.2% of the year’s plan).
In response to Covid-19 epidemics, tourism businesses in the
province have seriously implemented the preventive measures such as
disinfecting the accommodation facilities, distributing free face masks to
tourists, splitting tourist flow to avoid crowded tourists in one location.
The
establishments of tourism accommodation have strictly implemented the
declaration of tourists' personal information with the functional forces. They
have pledged not to accept visitors from the epidemic areas and they have
actively reported to authorities on Covid-19 suspected cases in order to take
measures to isolate and manage guests according to regulations ...
