(HBO) - Hoa Binh lake is located in the center of northern tourism area, which has been approved by the Prime Minister for the Master Plan of the National Tourism Development within Hoa Binh lake.

Hoa Binh Tourism joint Stock Company has been implementing a project of Robinson Natural Tourism Area with a total investment of 900 billion VND in Sung Island, Tien Phong Commune (Da Bac).

The province has developed the thematic resolutions and the specific plans for the development of the tourism area within Hoa Binh lake, striving to basically meet the conditions to become a national tourism area by 2025 and by 2030, the tourism area within Hoa Binh lake will become a national tourism area, the biggest tourism center of the province, one of the 12 key tourism areas of the Northern midland and mountainous region.

The province has advocated to prioritize the resources from the budget to invest in the electrical infrastructure, transportation, ports, wharves, water supply systems, telecommunications infrastructure, supporting and creating conditions for organizations and businesses to invest in material facilities, tourism techniques, ecotourism areas, restaurants, hotels, entertainment areas at the tourism area within Hoa Binh lake. The businesses and investors have been attracted to develop the ecotourism products, the tourism learning about ethnic cultures and the supportive tourism products, etc. The projects invested in Hoa Binh lake have been applied the preferential investment policies and mechanisms in accordance with the Law on Investment in 2014, with the incentives for corporate income tax, import and export tax and the land rental fee during the implementation period of the project.

In addition, the province has been paying special attention to the investment resources from the budget for the infrastructure development, supporting investors in implementing projects. In particular, the province has been implementing an investment project to upgrade 435 road with the total investment of 756 billion dongs. The total length of the whole route which has been adjusted is 21.18 km, designed according to the standards of grade III - mountainous areas. The width of road bed is 9 meters, the road bed is 6 meters and the design speed is 60 km per hour. 

Ngoi Hoa Bay port will be built according to grade II standards at the end of the route. The port is 4 ha wide, of which the area for construction of the port is 2 ha and the water area is 2 ha. The port is designed to synchronize items such as passenger shelters, the operating houses, the parking lots, the lighting systems, which is capable of welcoming 12,000 passengers every year, the ships with a capacity of 300 passengers ... The project has been speeded up, and it is expected to be completed and put into operation this year, creating the favorable conditions for visitors to visit Ngoi Hoa Bay area, Ngoi Hoa cave - one of the most beautiful core areas of Hoa Binh lake.

The province has also implemented a project to build a main road with the length of 2.25 km to Sung Island in Tien Phong Commune (Da Bac) to support enterprises in implementing the investment projects on the lake area. The road to Ngoi hamlet and the road to visit Hoa Tien cave, Ngoi hamlet, Suoi Hoa commune (Tan Lac) have been improved. The people's roads have been invested in upgrading to develop the community tourism in Ke village, Hien Luong commune (Da Bac) ...

Up to now, in the tourism area within Hoa Binh lake there have been 16 tourism and service projects that have been granted the investment certificates with a total registered source of about 3,300 billion VND and a total area of the used land of about 1,444 hectares. From the time of implementation of Resolution No. 14-NQ / TU, 11 projects with the total area of used land of 757 ha, and with a total capital of about 3,200 billion VND.
