Military – Security, the Social Security Order is always stable and being maintained. In 2017, the commune achieved 15/19 criteria in the program of New Rural Area Construction.

The village of stone manipulating job (Phu Thanh commue - Lac Thuy) has 30 household participants, creating jobs and stable income for over 100 local laborers.
