(HBO) – After 2 months of construction, the Ethnic Board of Luong Son District organized the handover ceremony about the construction of the Community Cultural Center of Bac Rac hamlet (Tan Thanh commune) to give the roles of management and utilization for the local authority.
The community cultural center of Bac Rac Hamlet (Tan Thanh commune) was completed and has been in use.
The construction was built on the campus of about 2000 m2; a 91-m2 house is designed as a one-storey house including: a hall, stages and corridors which are in harmony arrangement to ensure the quality and suitable usage with the local cultural identity. The building was implemented by HBC Long Son Construction and Trading Limited Company with a total investment capital of VND 400 million, VND 20 million of which was contributed by the local people.
Bac Rac Hamlet of Tan Thanh commune has 41 households with nearly 200 people, mainly Dao ethnic people. Their living conditions are still having many difficulties. The investment of building a community cultural center for Bac rac hamlet expresses the concern of the Party and the State about ethnic minority people living in the remote areas.
The construction was completed and was in use to become a place for meeting and having community activities, propaganda of the guidelines and the direction of the Party, the legal policies of the State, as well as a place to keep and promote the ethnic cultural identities in the area, contributing to fulfilling the criterion of having cultural facilities, which can bring Tan Thanh commune to basically achieve 19/19 criteria of building new rural area in 2018.
