Police of Yen Quang Commune (Ky Son) regularly exchange with the district's functional forces in maintaining the security of the adjacent area.

According to statistics in 2017, there are 9 law violations in the commune. In particular, the Commune Public Security Force transferred the district police to solve 7 cases according to the authority; the commune police solved 2 cases. Remarkably, among the cases of law violations occurring in the area, there is an emerging of the theft of property. In the year, the police of the commune discovered, arrested 3 cases, 6 thefts of property. The latest case happened at 03.10 on December 26, 2017, receiving the information from local people about the two strangers going into the commune to commit theft. The commune police force organized the arrest. On escaping process, the object ran away and used pepper spray, knife to fight fiercely. After being arrested, the objected confessed that they were Nguyen Minh Xuan (1982) who resided in Da Bac town (Da Bac) and Nguyen Hong Duong (1982) residing in group 2, Huu Nghi Ward, Hoa Binh city. The seizure included two dogs weighing 32 kg, an electric shock, a pepper spray, a knife (sword).

According to Mr. Dinh Van Hong, Deputy Head of police of Yen Quang commune, the most pressing issue of the area in recent years is the theft of property of the local people. Through verification, 100% of property theft occurring in the commune is carried out by people from other area. This is a cause of pressing issue among local people community.

Prior to this situation, in order to maintain the order security in the area, the Commune Police actively advised the Party Committee, the Government to improve the effectiveness of leadership and guidance to carry out the task of maintaining the order security; doing well the controlling and management of the area, management of objects; improving preventive efficiency; doing well the tasks of managing, educating, sensitizing people who made mistakes in the community; promoting propaganda to raise the sense of protection and prevention of the local people; building the movements of the whole population to protect the security in depth ...

It can be said that it is from doing good advocacy work, promoting the role of the local people in fighting and preventing crime. In 2017, the police force of Yen Quang commune was provided 11 valuable news related to order security issues. From that, the arisen problems were being solved in time.

After being mobilized, the subjects voluntarily came out and handed over the exhibit at the Commune Police; in collaboration with the Quoc Oai district police (Hanoi) struggled and dismantled a group of motorbike stealing and consuming from Hanoi to Hoa Binh. From the source of the local people, the police of Yen Quang commune timely dealt with many cases arising at grassroots level, maintaining rural security as the case of conflicts leading to fighting among some young people in Hoi Village, Yen Trung commune (Thach That).
