important issues related to the study encouragement. Specifically, families in
the clan have the responsibility to create favorable conditions for their offspring
to go to school for improving their education and professional skills. The clan

In addition, the clan is also interested in
building a civilized lifestyle, the manner of speaking and living followed by
customs, not cursing or swearing, violating social evils, etc.
Some typical households in the clan are such
as Mr.Ngan Van Thu (Na Meo commune), Mr.Ngan Van Thuong (Na Phon commune),
Mr.Ngann Van Thieu (Na Cut hamlet, Na Phon commune), etc. These are the
families with offspring who have tried their best to graduated from colleges
and universities and are currently working at commune and district agencies.
These are good examples to be usually recalled, andthey have strong contagious
influence in the clan.
The effective implementation of the local
learning fondness has created a condition for people in their clan to build a
culture of living style, contributing to maintaining the social order security.
At present, more than 90% of households in the clan have won the title of
cultural family, no law violators and social evils, no third child and no
