(HBO) - Ky Son District Education and Training Board has just held a contest on "Teachers to be General Chief of Good Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers" in Ky Son district in 2018.

There were 12 contestants working as General Chief of the Young Pioneers from the primary, secondary and high schools in the district participated in the competition.

Participants in the contest experienced four parts of the test: a report on experienced ideas with a model; knowledge test; practice exam of skills and work duties and an aptitude test.

This is a chance for the teachers who are in charge of Managing the Young Pioneers to exchange, learn, demonstrate the creative capacity about the Pioneers work and the young learners’ movements at schools. The results of the competition also serve as a basis for assessing the quality of the teachers who are in charge of the Young Pioneers. From there, they have plans to train and improve them in order to raise their professional qualifications and skills to meet the requirements of renovation. education, renovation in Young Pioneer management and children movements.

At the end of the contest, the Board of Education and Training (BoET) recognized 12 teachers who won the title of Teacher as the district – level Good General Chief of the Young Pioneers, including 1 first prize (Nguyen Thi Lan Huong, Dan Hoa Secondary School); 2 second prizes; 2 third prizes, and 3 consolation prizes. Based on the results of the competition, the BoET will select 5 teachers to participate in the provincial competition scheduled from 23 to 27 April, 2018.
