(HBO) - On recent days, the public opinion is quite "hot” due to some activities that get overheated and violate the law by some subjects. Especially, they used social network to write articles and share inaccurate information that are provocative and contrary to the provision of law.


During the summer holiday, the Provincial Children’s House organized many useful extra-curricular classes to create a healthy and meaningful playground for students in Hoa Binh city.

This time is a summer vacation for nearly 240 thousand of staffs, teachers and students in the province. Therefore, the Department of Education and Training has specific solutions in order to strengthen drastically the management and ensure not to happen unfortunate situations arising.

Mr. Nguyen Duc Luong, Deputy Director of Department of Education and Training, said: "Facing complicated occurrence in the lives of some provinces and cities, particularly in issues relating to social network, the Department of Education and Training has requested all agencies and schools under its control to strictly implement relevant guidance documents of the Ministry of Education and Training, the Provincial People’s Committee and the Department of Education and Training. This purpose is to strengthen education, propaganda for students, teachers and staffs, and improve the awareness of ideological politics. Particularly, they should be aware of conspiracies and tricks to seduce and involve in unlawful religious associations, groups and activities, and some activities that seem destroying, overheated and violating the Party’s guideline, policies and the national law. Especially, the Department requested the agencies and schools to propaganda and recommend all students, teachers and staffs not to participate in activities.  These were troublesome, extreme or involving in bad people who tried to seduce and take advantage them in order to lose security and social order in general and in school in particular.

The Department requires students, teachers and staffs not to use the phone, computers and other means of transmitting information to access social network in schools, agencies and units except for cases due to special requirement of jobs. They are also not allowed to participate in comments, write articles and share information that are inaccurate, unverified and informal on social network.

In addition, in order to manage students, teachers and staffs well, some divisions of education and training have implemented lots of solutions. These require the heads of agencies and schools to do management better, capture the situation and the evolution of thought of students, teachers and staffs at the agencies as well as strengthen the works of protection of security and order, and prevention of accidents - social evils in schools”.

The model of efficient energy lighting - Spreading the light of education

Progress in ethnic minority education

In the 2024 - 2025 school year, the entire Hoa Binh provincial education sector includes 520 educational institutions and schools. Among them are 13 ethnic boarding schools with 153 classes and 4,487 students. Four of these schools have met national standards, reaching 30.7 percent.
