Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Viet Duc, The Political Member, the Deputy Chief of Cao Phong District Military Management Board said: "To implement the support program for poor households and policy families to clear temporary and dilapidated houses launched by the District People’s Committee, after investigating and knowing the real situation, the Party Committee - District Military Management Board have mobilized staff and armed force soldiers of the district for donations and support to help the family of Ms. Bui Thi Nui clear temporary house and stabilize life. Accordingly, with the spirit of "good leaves cover the torn ones", the staff and soldiers of the district armed forces have donated more than 20 million VND. In addition, the District Military Management Board has mobilized staff and soldiers of the district armed forces to spend a working day on helping her family on material transportation, excavation, ground leveling and construction. With the highest effort to overcome all the difficulties in the weather, within about 20 days, a stable spacious 4-storey house with the area of ​​more than 30 m2 and auxiliary works such as yard, kitchen, wall for 3 members of her family was completed by the enthusiastic and effective help from the staff and soldiers of the District Armed Forces.

Typically, on March 9, 2018, Cao Phong District Military Management Board already mobilized 20 staff, members and 12 staff of mobile militia in Xuan Phong Commune to assist Ms. Pham Thi Ken and Mr. Bui Van Dau's families in Can 2 village, Xuan Phong Commune as their families were hit and damaged by a whirlwind winds to cause severely injury on Ms. Ken. In addition to helping families remake the roof, Cao Phong District Military Management Board also mobilized staff and members in the office to deduct a part of monthly salary to give each family a gift worth 1 million VND.
