In addition, in October and November, there is still the risk of rabies, in many cases, rabies vaccination must be used. Moreover, the hand-foot-mouth disease is usually at the peak in October every year. The disease of Japanese encephalitis in the third quarter of 2018 increased rapidly, while transmission was complicated and recorded at many ages. Up to October 10th, there were 67 cases of hand-foot-mouth disease and consecutive outbreaks of new infections, 11 cases of Japanese encephalitis and encephalitis. In the nine months of 2018, the province has recorded nearly 6,000 cases of influenza, 290 cases of mumps, 437 cases of chickenpox, 2,436 cases of diarrhea, 9 cases of dengue fever, etc.

According to the Provincial Center for Preventive Medicine, it is predicted that in the coming time, when the climate change to dry and cold winter, the respiratory infections will be at high risk (flu, measles, mumps ...), especially in the object groups of weak resistance. The Provincial Centers for Preventive Medicine and preventive medicine systems in districts and cities shall intensify common infectious disease control measures, hand-foot-and-mouth disease control solutions, continuing to implement measures to prevent rabies, encephalitis; developing and implementing a plan of winter-spring climate prevention

In order to prevent diseases during the changing weather, the preventive medicine system in the province performs sampling for pathogens. As recommended by doctors, people should actively learn preventive measures to prevent and protect themselves. They can increase their resistance by injecting vaccination; getting enough nutrition, drinking enough water; doing regular exercise activities, training and physical training; keeping the body warm when the weather is cold. Moreover, they should regularly clean the environment, personal hygiene, utensils in contact with the mouth such as bowls, chopsticks, cups with dishwashing liquid. Children should wear masks to avoid dust, germs when going out. If there are signs of disease, they should go to the medical facilities for examination and treatment.
