(HBO) Kim Tien Primary School has surpassed as an impressive bright spot in building the national standard school in the extremely difficult communes of Kim Boi district.

Currently, the school has 15 classes with 430 students. The school has a total area of ​​nearly 6,800 square meter, a gate, a school name board, a solid surrounding fence. In the school, there is also a playground, a gymnasium and a flat sports ground  with shade, flower beds, toys, and motor equipment with a total area of ​​more than 2,200 square meter, a green garden area of ​​over 1,000 square meter. At present, the school has 15 classrooms which are fully equipped with anti-glare boards, the department rooms are fully equipped with modern and synchronous teaching equipment. In the past 5 years, the school has built a new multi-purpose classroom with 360 square meter, a new reading room, and has also been investing in the library development. The total investment of the construction from the budget is nearly 10 billion VND, and that from the socialized resources is more than 1 billion VND. As a result, the school's facilities are spacious, clean and beautiful.

Along with the efforts to improve the facilities, Kim Tien Primary School has implemented many solutions to improve the quality of teaching and learning. Currently the school has 22 teachers, 100% of teachers are qualified and exceeded the standard, of which 45% of teachers have college degrees, 55% of teachers have university degrees. In order to improve the quality of teaching, the teachers have actively researched and innovated the teaching methods. They have also been actively applying IT in teaching, using AP-Leaning software in lecture preparation. The teaching staff has been enthusiastically and proactively fostering gifted students, helping students with unfinished subjects meet the standards of knowledge and skills.

As a result, in recent years, the rate of mobilizing 6-year-old children into grade 1 has always reached 100%, the quality of students has made remarkable progress, the rate of students assessed for capacity is 99.8%. In the school year of 2017 - 2018, the school has 10 good students at the district level and 1 good student at the provincial level. Up to December 2018, the school has achieved 5 standards and fully implemented the regulations and the standards of the primary schools reaching the national standard at level 2.
