(HBĐT) – The Hoang Van Thu High School for Gifted Students currently has 45 classes with 1,409 students. However, the school facilities have shown signs of degradation. Currently, only 15 out of the 45 classrooms are equipped with standard sets of tables and chairs. The remaining classrooms, meanwhile, have to use old ones which have been repaired many times.


A representative of Hoang Long – Hoan Vu Management joint Venture, whois analumnus of the school’s first math class, hands over the token of the400 newsets of desks and chairs to the school.

Hoang Long – Hoan Vu company, after learning of the school’s facility condition, presented it 400 new sets of desks and chairs worth 550 million VND (23,678 USD) in total.The gifts helped motivate teachers and students in teaching and learning, contributing to the consolidation the school’s top position in education quality in Hoa Binh province.

The company had previously donated 1.1 billion VND(47,357 USD) to support the building of a primary school in Da Bac district and aided the "cow bank" programme inTan Lac district./.
