(HBO) - It has become a routine, every spring holiday comes, the different levels of the Provincial Communist Youth Union are busy with the program "Volunteering Spring".


The Provincial Youth Union Association and the Provincial Communist Youth Union has coordinated to present gifts to the pupils in difficult economic situations in Binh Thanh commune (Cao Phong)

During the days which were very close to the Lunar New Year, the staff of the Provincial Communist Youth Union and the Provincial Youth Federation and volunteering students of Thanh Do University (Hanoi) returned to Muong Tuong (Da Bac) for the program "Foot with Shoes. In order to help the children with food, clothes and the conditions to go to school, especially helping people living in the high, remote areas with a warm and wealthy New Year, the program has given four hundred gifts to the poor students worth nearly 80 million VND.

Along with that, throughout the districts and cities in the province, the different levels of the Provincial Communist Youth Union and Association have organized a lot of meaningful volunteering activities on the spot, including the outstanding activities of collecting warm clothes, food studying equipment to support the children with different economic situations. They have also mobilized the other resources to build and repair houses for families in preferential treatment policy and people who have contributed to the revolution. They have donated seedlings and accompanied farmers to take care of the spring-winter crop and so on.

In order to spread the new spring atmosphere, the different levels of the Provincial Communist Youth Union also organized a number of programs to present gifts with different cultural activities to attract students, children and youth union members to participate. such as: "Heart-warming Green Chung Cakes on Tet holiday", "Muong Dong Spring" and so on. It is estimated that the total value of the gifts in the whole province was nearly 800 million VND.

In order to effectively implement the "Volunteering Spring" program in 2019, helping families in preferential treatment policy and the poor people enjoy spring and welcome New Year, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Communist Youth Union has instructed the other local Communist Youth Unions to review and list those who need help and helping contents. Basing on those, they have actively mobilized other organizations, enterprises and benefactors to help and support by many practical forms such as giving gifts, rice, Chung cakes, bicycles, blankets, warm clothes and some other essential utensils.

It has shown that the youth voluntaring movement has been increasing spreading with a strong attraction to youth union members and youths, making a deep impression on the people about the green and blue shirt of the younger generation.

In the 2024 - 2025 school year, the entire Hoa Binh provincial education sector includes 520 educational institutions and schools. Among them are 13 ethnic boarding schools with 153 classes and 4,487 students. Four of these schools have met national standards, reaching 30.7 percent.
