hamlets and Hang Kia communes are highland areas of the province. From that
situation, the Military Command of Hoa Binh province invested nearly 200
million dong to drill two deep wells from 75 to 85 meters, the water flow
reached 15 - 25m3 of water per hour. The soldiers also helped the
local people build two reservoirs, yard of wells, road...
Two new wells will
ensure domestic water for more than 200 households in three hamlets, including:
Pa Khom, Hang Kia, Thung Mai and neighboring hamlets of Hang Kia commune.

In the 2024 - 2025 school year, the entire Hoa Binh provincial education sector includes 520 educational institutions and schools. Among them are 13 ethnic boarding schools with 153 classes and 4,487 students. Four of these schools have met national standards, reaching 30.7 percent.
