(HBO) - From the beginning of the year until now, the Red Cross Association at all levels in Hoa Binh province has focused on propaganda to raise awareness about the Association, the guidelines and policies of the Party and laws of the State.

Creating jobs for labourers in general and young people in particular is currently a focus of the province, with vocational training linked to job creation considered one of the strategic breakthrough solutions.
