(HBO) - In 2019, the districts and the city have mobilized capital sources and integrated the programs, the projects, Program 135 and the capital of the National Target Program on the construction of new rural areas. They have been deploying over 200 production models with the mobilized funding of about 48,205 million VND.
Luong Son district has been expanding the area of growing organic vegetables to increase income for people.
In particular, from the central business capital, they have deployed 9 projects linked to production according to the value chain in the period of 2019 - 2020 with a budget of 6,514 million VND. A lot of localities have developed and implemented plans to develop small and medium-sized production models in the form of linking between the households and enterprises to bring efficiency, create jobs and raise incomes for the local people.
Up to now, the localities have been maintaining the effective production models and expanding large-scale concentrated production areas towards commodity such as citrus fruit production areas in Cao Phong, Lac Thuy, Kim Boi, Tan Lac, Lac Son, Yen Thuy, the areas of organic vegetables in Luong Son, purple sugarcane in Tan Lac and Cao Phong, goats and chicken in Lac Thuy, Da river fish and so on.

In the 2024 - 2025 school year, the entire Hoa Binh provincial education sector includes 520 educational institutions and schools. Among them are 13 ethnic boarding schools with 153 classes and 4,487 students. Four of these schools have met national standards, reaching 30.7 percent.
