Pensions, social insurance benefits delivered to beneficiaries at home to prevent COVID-19 spread.

In accordance with the policy of Vietnam Social Insurance, the money of two months will be paid in one time through postal services from April 16 through May 25. Those who are in special circumstances can have the money delivered to their home.

In order to receive money at their home, beneficiaries will have to either sign up at the website www.ansinhxahoi.vnpost.vn, or call the hotline 1900.545481 of the Vietnam Post. They can also ask district post offices for help in registering.

Before delivering money to beneficiaries’ homes, post office workers have their body temperature taken, and are required to clean their hands with hand sanitizer after each payment. Both postal workers and money recipients have to wear face masks and keep at least two metres apart during the payment process.
