(HBO) - Seeing clearly the importance of self-management models, the Party Committee and People's Committee of the province has issued leadership documents and directions on enhancing the Party's leadership in building and replicating self-management models in the community, building and replicating self-management groups.

The models "The entire people unite to build a new rural area and a civilized city” of Dan Chu commune, Hoa Binh city.

On that basis, the Provincial Fatherland Front has coordinated to guide the establishment process, the content, and the operation modes of the self-management groups in the residential areas. So far, more than 7,500 self-management models in all fields have been built in the whole province.

Most of the self-management groups have been recognized for their organization and management with the regulations and the operation programs. 100% of the Party Committees of the districts and the city have led and directed the selection, construction and replication of the models of self-management teams in the area. In the economic field, there are typical models: "Self-management inter-family to well implement the economic development tasks”, "Non-interest loans”, "Residential areas joining hands to reduce poor households sustainably” ... The models have activated the spirit of industrious and creative work, promoting the internal force and strengths of the households to support each other in science and technology, the plants and seedlings, and introduce the outputs for the products, helping create jobs, improving income, and step by step rise up to make legitimate wealth for the family and the homeland.

In the field of security, the models have shown an important role in ensuring the stability of the political security - the social security at the grassroots levels. The masses of the people have taken part in patrolling and controlling the peace of the residential areas, providing a lot of valuable information, helping the police force to speed up the settlement of cases. There are many prominent models such as "The Security Division of the residential areas, "The People's Security Team”, "The Team of the Civil Defense Team”, "The residential area without any young people suffering from social evils”, "The bell sound of the security guards arresting the crime”, " The residential area self-managed on security”, " The adjacent security cluster”...

In the field of culture and society, self-management models of environmental protection are largely associated with activities of the political-social groups and the emulation movements and campaigns. They include "The entire people unite to build a new rural area and a civilized city”, "The clean houses, the beautiful gardens, the fresh environment, the civilized alleys”... 

These activities have been creating the changes in awareness and actions of each individual, family, community, promoting the proactivity in gathering and handling garbage, maintaining the regular cleaning and cleaning operations, contributing to reducing the environmental pollution, building a bright, green, clean and beautiful residential area. The self-management model in population - family planning has been propagating the families not to have a third child to ensure their health and have conditions for economic development, and build a happy family. Some other types such as model of the residential area, the model family and so on have also been responded by the community.

The model of efficient energy lighting - Spreading the light of education

Progress in ethnic minority education

In the 2024 - 2025 school year, the entire Hoa Binh provincial education sector includes 520 educational institutions and schools. Among them are 13 ethnic boarding schools with 153 classes and 4,487 students. Four of these schools have met national standards, reaching 30.7 percent.
