(HBO) - Conducting vocational training for rural laborers, Tan Lac district has based on the local practical conditions and has surveyed the vocational training needs of the laborers, 3 main occupations have been chosen for training: cultivation, husbandry, industrial sewing. The vocational training classes follow the practical needs, combining the theory with practice in each production model so that the learners can easily apply, create jobs for themselves and it has brought the clear effects.
In the
2010-2020 period, the district has opened 130 vocational classes for over 3,400
rural laborers. In which, there are 60 agricultural vocational classes for over
1,600 employees and 70 non-agricultural vocational classes for more than 1,700
employees. After the apprenticeship, many labors have applied effectively to
the production bringing high income such as: raising chickens in the garden,
growing clean vegetables, growing citrus. Some non-agricultural jobs such as
industrial sewing, repairing agricultural machines have created stable jobs for
employees. After training, the number of employed workers accounts for 80% of
the apprenticeship.
At HANOI JVC Training Center (Hanoi), the Farmers’s Support Center, the Provincial Farmers' Union and VTC1 International Development joint Stock Company recently held a signing ceremony for a cooperation agreement to link consulting and create the labor resources working abroad for a limited period of time.
In recent years, the education career in Yen Thuy district has changed positively. The school facilities have newly been built and the quality of education has improved.
The Board for Women's Advancement of Hoa Binh province on November 11 officially launched the Action Month for Gender Equality, focusing on preventing and addressing gender-based violence. As part of the event, a special talk was held on the theme of sharing household work for a happy family.
