(HBO) - In the afternoon of November 25th, the leaders of the District’s Party Committee, the Fatherland Front Committee went to the headquarters of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee to donate the amount of 400 million VND to support the people in the Central region to overcome the consequences of the natural disasters.

The leaders of the Party Committee, the Fatherland Front of Kim Boi district have awarded 400 million VND to support the people in the Central region to overcome the consequences of natural disasters.

When floods and serious landslides occurred in the central region, the district’s Fatherland Front promptly developed a plan and called for the officials, the people, the agencies, the units and the benefactors in the district to donate and so far 400 million dongs have been received. In addition, 2 relief teams have arrived there to directly deliver goods, including the basic necessities such as instant noodles, soup powder ... worth 203 million VND to Quang Tri province to support the people. These are the meaningful activities showing the spirit of mutual affection in times of need, contributing to helping the people in Central Vietnam overcome difficulties.

* Previously, Bao Viet Life Insurance Company of Hoa Binh gave the Fatherland Front 30 million VND to support the people in the Central region to overcome the consequences of natural disasters. The above amount is from the contribution of the company's officials and employees who were responding to the call to support the people of Central Vietnam of the Provincial Fatherland Front. Along with the business activities, the Company regularly contributes to ensuring the social security, for the community.

By November 25th, the total amount and goods to support the people in the Central region of collectives and individuals in the province has reached 5.3 billion VND.
