(HBO) - Promoting the pioneering and exemplary role of the youth in the movement of economic development, the Youth Communist Union of Da Bac district is always ebullient and enthusiastic in responding to the emulation movement of creative startups. They boldly dare to think, dare to do and to build the diversified and rich economic models, bring high economic efficiency. Thereby, it has step by step been creating innovation in thinking, awareness, spreading the desire to get rich on the homeland. At the same time, it has been affirming the role and position of the youth in the construction and socio-economic development.

The youth of Da Bac town has boldly been developing commercial service business in order to increase the income.

The secretary of the Youth Communist Union of Tu Ly commune. Mr. Dinh Hong Quang, is one of the typical examples in the movement of creative start-up with the model of raising breeding goats. By researching information on books, newspapers, the internet, Mr. Quang has deployed the model of breeding goals since November 2020, with an investment of over 100 million VND. The size of barn is 200 square meters, and the total herd is 47 heads, preparing to consume the products in the market.

Da Bac is a difficult upland district, which is often severely affected by natural disasters. Identifying the difficulties and challenges in the economic development, the district’s youth has built the economic models which are suitable to the actual conditions at the grassroots. Accordingly, the areas along the lake bed of Da river (Hien Luong, Vay Nua, Tien Phong, Dong Ruong, Yen Hoa communes...) have been focusing on developing cage-fish raising. The teams and groups have linked the production, establishing cooperatives to consume fish cages and dried fish. The models of raising breeding goats, planting Sachi (Plukenetia volubilis) trees, planting production forests have been effectively developing in Tan Minh, Tu Ly, Cao Son communes, Da Bac town ... At the center of the district, a lot of youth have caught the trend of the market, and they have boldly transformed the economic structure from the agricultural one to the service business, trade.

They have been accompanying and supporting the young people to take part in the job trading floor, attracting the youth from the remote and really difficult areas. Besides, they have been organizing consultancy, training, supporting information, knowledge and skills for the youth in the creative start-ups. The project "Counseling, career guidance and job recommendation for the young people” has been implemented at high schools in the area.

The problem appeared in the emulation movement of the local creative startups is that most of the young people are currently employed in industrial zones and clusters. The supporting resources, mechanisms and policies to help young people to start their creative startups are limited. In some communes far from the district center, the youth has difficulty in orientating and choosing the suitable occupations.

Mr. Phung Hoa Hiep, the Deputy Secretary of the District’s Youth Communist Union, says: The movement of creative start-up in the district has received the consent and response of the youth, creating a pervasiveness in the social community and contributing to the construction of the new economic models which bring high income. At the same time, it has helped to solve the problem of the local labor force. In order to light up the entrepreneurial spirit, the youth would like that the appropriate authorities, departments and unions pay attention and support the startup ideas, the capital resources, and transfer science and technology to apply in the production. They would like to be created the maximum conditions for mechanisms and policies to support youth entrepreneurship. Thereby, it continues to create a wide spread power among the youth and the social community, joining hands, contributing to promoting the local socio-economic development.
