(HBO) - The Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Communist Union has just coordinated with the Youth Employment Service Center (the Central Youth Union) to sign a memorandum of understanding on the coordination of the career guidance, the job placement and the start-up support for pupils and students in the period of 2021 - 2023.

The two agencies are signing a memorandum of understanding on the coordination of the career guidance, the job placement and the start-up support for students in the period 2021 - 2023.

 In the period of 2021 - 2023, the two agencies will focus on coordinating the implementation of key contents: The career counseling, the start-up support, training and job placement for the union members and the young people who are the students of Hoa Binh province. In particular, they will focus on coordinating to organize the counseling and career guidance programs for high school students, the seminars, the meetings, the training classes for the union officials at the grassroots and students in the province on the skills, the entrepreneurship knowledge, the career establishment in the era of technology 4.0. 

In the framework of the activities: the Youth Employment Service Center of the Central Youth Union will regularly advise, support, provide information on the labor market, connecting the units and businesses to introduce and create jobs for free for the youth of Hoa Binh province wishing to find jobs at home and abroad. They will also coordinate with Hoa Binh Provincial Youth Communist Union to organize training courses for free on foreign languages, labor skills and legal knowledge for the youth.

According to the leaders of the Youth Employment Service Center of the Central Youth Union, this is a meaningful, practical and oriented activity, linking the coordination content between the two agencies in performing the political and professional tasks. In particular, the coordinated activities held in the period 2021 - 2023 will actively contribute to enhancing the role, the responsibility, and the effective coordination of the Youth Communist Union at all levels in educating and consulting and career orientation and job recommendation for the young people are the students in Hoa Binh province. At the same time, it helps to implement the strategy for the human resource development to meet the requirements of the industrialization and modernization of the country and the international integration in the era of technology 4.0.

Within the framework of the program, the Organizing Committee has advised annd oriented the career and propagated the policies on career, the employment and the activities to accompany young people in career and start-up activities for more than 500 students of grade 11 and 12 in Ngo Quyen High School (Hoa Binh City).

In the 2024 - 2025 school year, the entire Hoa Binh provincial education sector includes 520 educational institutions and schools. Among them are 13 ethnic boarding schools with 153 classes and 4,487 students. Four of these schools have met national standards, reaching 30.7 percent.
