Officially being in operation from the end of 2018, the company always aims to develop a green, clean and beautiful environment and to take good care of the employees. On average, each day the company has to process a
huge amount of hazardous and solid waste discharged from industry,
transportation, healthcare, daily life, trade, service ... With the
characteristic of work, the company has invested in the machines of the waste
treatment with the advanced treatment technology and modern equipment, ensuring
safety for the environment during the process of waste treatment. The process
of collecting, operating and treating the hazardous waste are conducted
strictly, undergoing the evaluation and approval steps in accordance with
current legal standards and regulations.
Mr. Hoang Quoc Phong, the Chairman of
the Trade Union of the company, says: With the concept that the employees are
the precious resource, additionally, due to the specific production, the
employees must be healthy, and lunch – the main meal is eaten at the company,
so this meal is very important. With this determination, the Company’s Trade
Union and the Board of Directors have put the quality of the shift meal and
food safety on the top priority. Every year, the Trade Union actively
negotiates with the employers to improve the quality of meal for the employees
according to the market price. To have dishes that ensure nutrition, hygiene,
the chefs and the staff must be careful in choosing food and processing.
Due to the large campus, the company has also planted
green vegetables, raised chickens, ducks and wild pigs, ensuring to maintain a
part of the daily supply of clean food for the company's kitchen. This is a
very meaningful job, which both improves the clean meals for the employees as
well as giving the employees time to relax after the working hours.
The motto of the company's leaders is that the safe
shift meals of high quality not only ensure the health of the employees, but it
also brings benefits to the employers, contributing significantly to increasing
the labor productivity, and the income has also gradually increased. Currently,
the average salary of the employees is 10 million VND a month. In addition, in
