(HBO) - On July 14th, the Provincial Military Headquaters held a ceremony to inaugurate and hand over the house of gratitude to the family of Mr. Bui Van Chich in Trang Giua hamlet, Hop Phong commune (Cao Phong), the younger brother of the martyr, Bui Van Xuong, who sacrifice in 1979 at the Southwestern border front.


The head of the Provincial Military Headquaters is presenting gifts to the family of Mr. Bui Van Chich in Trang Giua hamlet, Hop Phong commune (Cao Phong) who is the relative of the martyr, Bui Van Xuong, on the occasion of the inauguration and handover of the gratitude house.

The house has a total area of 60 square meters, built according to the scale of a level-4 house, with 3 compartments including a living room and two bedrooms. The house is worth about 150 million VND. In which, the Military Region 3 supported the amount of 80 million VND from the fund of gratitude, the family and the relatives donated 70 million dongs.

On this occasion, the Provincial Military Headquaters and the Steering Committee for taking care of the people with meritorious services in the district, the agencies, the businesses, the benefactors and the Military Headquaters of Cao Phong district also participated in supporting and donating a number of household items. During the construction process, the officers and the soldiers of the District’s Military Headquarters coordinated with the militia, the members of youth communist union, and the Communal Veteran’s Association, participated by helping more than 60 days of labor and some construction materials.

The house of gratitude presented to the family of Mr. Bui Van Chich, which on the occasion of the 74th anniversary of the Invalids and Martyrs' Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2021), is one of the six houses that the officers and the soldiers of the provincial Military Headquarters awarded the families under the prefferential policies in this round. This is a job of practical significance, showing the deep concern of the Party, the State, the Army and the whole society for those with meritorious services to the Fatherland.
