Ms. Thao - his life companion is a Thai girl from the beautiful land of Mai Chau. Her childhood also experienced many hardships. Growing up in the remote area, she became a kindergarten teacher in Tan Dan commune - a particularly difficult commune in the area within Hoa Binh lake. She was enthisiasmly teaching letters and how to become people for the children. In 2015, they got married, lived together until they returned to the city. It was a series of time overcoming the obstacles with the rugged mountain road and the constant fear of slipping and the dense fog in the highlands of the lake bed. Then there were difficulties and pressures about the customs and the habits between the two ethnic groups, Thai and Muong.

Until later, when the couple moved to the city, their work and life were still full of difficulties and pressures. There are times h e has to go on a business trip on the occasion of holidays ỏ even New Year, even when his second child was born less than a day ago, he had to go on a business trip for a long time. However, he always receives the share of his wife trying to complete the task well in return. They always take care of each other, share and encourage each other to overcome difficulties and try to rise up in life. Currently, they have 2 children, living in a small warm house full of love. They take advantage of all the time to teach their children, applying scientific knowledge, and they always create all conditions for their children to develop their thinking and talents. They each the children's songs, tell them fairy tales, meaningful stories about life so that the children have more knowledge. Thereby, they educate them love, empathy and sharing.

In particular, they always pay attention to the traditional education for the young children. As a family of two cultures, Muong - Thai, they always teach their children the cultural traditions of their nation, knowing how to preserve and promote the good values by teaching their children to speak and sing Muong and Thai languages. The family members always keep and wear the traditional costumes on holidays and festivals... During the time of Covid-19 pandemics, the family members have more time and conditions to be closer together and care for each other more. In particular, they remind and educate the family members to strictly observe the directives and regulations of the Party and Government on the fight against t Covid-19 epidemics.

Doan says: A happy family is the family in which the husband as well as the father is tolerant, generous, understands, respects and loves his wife and his children. The woman always keeps peace in the family, creates and reconciles the relationships such as husband with wife, the mother-in-law with her daughter-in-law, the mother-in-law with her son-in-law, the relationship among brothers and sisters, the grandparents, the parents and the children and the grandchildren. The family members always gather together, showing love, care, sharing and responsibility to the family and life, and theytogether build a family of "well, equality, progress, happiness”.
