(HBO) - On March 7th, the Provincial Labor Federation held a handover of the milking and milk storage room to the union members at GGS Vietnam Co., Ltd. in the Industrial Park on the left bank of Da River with a total amount of over 30 million VND.


The leaders of the Provincial Labor Federation are handing over the milking and milk storage room at the enterprise.

On this occasion, the female workers at the company who are pregnant and nursing small children were given the detailed instructions on how to use the milking and milk storage machine. They were also directly discussed the necessary issues before becoming pregnant, the nutrition during the pregnancy, the ways to prevent the child malnutrition and the importance of breast-feeding. 

The installation of a milking and milk storage room supporting the female workers in breast-feeding helps keep children healthy, save a lot of money for the workers such as the medical examination and treatment, the purchase of infant formula, etc. This means it helps reducing the number of absent hours of the employees for taking care of the sick children. At the same time, it affirms the attention of the Trade Union to the interests of the employees, especially the female workers raising small children, contributing to building a harmonious and stable labor relationship, strengthening the development of the enterprise, making employees have s strong attachment when working for the enterprise.
