(HBO) - On July 25, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee coordinated to organize the inauguration and handover of the residential street and the House of Great Solidarity House to the poor households in Lac Son district. Mr. Bui Tien Luc, the Head of the Provincial Party’s Commision for Mass Mobilization, the Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, the leaders of the District’s Party Committee and the Party Committees, the local authorities and a large number of people attended.

in Tua 1 hamlet.
Specifically, the residential
street in Quyet Tien hamlet, Vu Binh commune have been inaugurated and handed
over. The road has been concreted with the length of 200m, the width of 3m, the
thickness of 15cm. The provincial Fatherland Front Committee has supported 100
million VND from the Provincial Fund for the Poor; The community and the local
people have contributed their working days according to the motto: "The State
and the People work together”.
Then, they inaugurated and handed
over the residential street in Tua 1 hamlet, An Nghia commune. The concreted
route is 400 m long, 3 m wide and 15 cm thick. With the support of 100 million
VND from the Provincial Fund, the village has mobilized the contributions from
the community and the local people worth 100 million VND.
The Provincial Fatherland Front
Committee also coordinated to inaugurate and hand over the House of Great
Solidarity to Mr. Bui Van Xuong’s family in Bum 3 Hamlet, An Nghia Commune.
This is a poor household with difficult circumstances and a sick child;
Previously, the family lived in an old, termite stilt house. The house was
started in March 2022. It is 120 square meters wide, with a flat roof, and it
has been completed spaciously. The provincial Fatherland Front Committee has
deducted 30 million VND from the Provincial Fund for the Poor; the local people
and the communities have supported additional labor days and construction
costs.
Within the framework of the
program, on the occasion of the Invalids and Martyrs' Day (July 27, 1947 - July
27, 2022), the delegation came to offer incense at the historical relic of
Muong Khoi War Zone in An Nghia commune. The provincial Fatherland Front
Committee, the Party Committee of Lac Son and An Nghia commune presented gifts
to 5 families under the prefferential policies inn the commune.

The Steering Committee for Tobacco Harm Prevention and Control of Hoa Binh province, in coordination with the Tobacco Harm Prevention and Control Fund, held a ceremony on May 28 in response to the World No Tobacco Day (May 31) and the National No Tobacco Week (from May 25 to 31). This model not only aims to improve the learning conditions and enhance the education quality, but it also promotes the message of energy saving, energy security, environmental protection and contributes to the goals of socio-economic development.
In the 2024 - 2025 school year, the entire Hoa Binh provincial education sector includes 520 educational institutions and schools. Among them are 13 ethnic boarding schools with 153 classes and 4,487 students. Four of these schools have met national standards, reaching 30.7 percent.
