(HBO) - Tan Lac District has mobilized the combined strength of both the political system and the people classes to attend the movement of homeland security protection.

The officials and police of Tan Lac district meet people of Tu Ne commune to keep track on order and security situation.

Together with Major Dinh Cong Tuan, The head of movement building team and in charge of communal order and security, we attended a discussion meeting to give feedbacks for Tu Ne commune police. As the conterminous commune with Muong Khen town, Tu Ne commune has many complicated latent issues about order and security; especially the number of objects from other areas now doing crime activities or being wanted. To face with this problem, the people living here have proposed to the communal police that they need to mobilize the strength of the entire people in warning and dealing with crime and know how to make each citizen become an actual security officer. Every police must be truly clean, responsible, devoted to the job, handling the work to ensure the legitimate rights and benefits of the people, for the people to serve. All the citizens’ comments have been received by the authorities and police force and concretized into real local work. Being trusted, supported and proposal given in the work of keeping order and security, the police force can complete their duty well- Mr. Tuan added.

Tan Lac District police will direct the police of communes, towns and people security groups to monthly organize a discussion meeting and get the people’s opinions. This opinion collection must be practical, specific, avoiding formality; at the same time, they have to pay the force attention to deal with the legitimate complaints from the people. This will also be considered as a criterion for judging and ranking the communal policeman annually. Moreover, via letter box of crime denouncement, people have provided a lot of valuable news for the functional force to investigate and handle many complicated cases in time, so that it could not be the wrong case or the missing crime. Thanks to the information from the citizens, Tan Lac district police discovered a large drug transport line through the district. All the forces prepared the arresting plan, then arrested the object Tran Anh Tuan , born in 1981 and living in Dong Bam, Thai Nguyen city, Thai Nguyen province and Vu Thi Hien, born in 1981 and living in Cam Son, Phu Luong district, Thai Nguyen province. They were on the way to transport 20 heroin servings and over 2000 synthetic heroin tablets. In another case, that was the family conflicts which led Bui Van Luong to cut Bui Thi Quy -his wife’ neck by a sharp-edge knife. Right after the murder, people have denounced and organized to arrest Bui Van Luong.

According to Colonel Tran Manh Hai – The chief of district police said that: In order to raise the unity with citizens, Tan Lac district police has promoted the public relations and movements of co-building new rural areas. Recently, the district police have completed building a road of 186 meters in Cong village, Quy Hau commune with the total cost of 150 million dongs; or the rural electrical works to light up many rural roads. From the beginning of 2017 to now, 6 breeding cows have been gifted to 6 households which are in really difficult situation, and the wounded soldiers,  policy families and reintegrated good people have been given gifts. Tan Lac district police has assigned to the Youth Union and Women Association to be in charge of at least 2 social charity activities at the grassroots level.
