(HBO) - At the route named after the French archaeologist - Mrs. Madeleine Colani, Quynh Lam ward, Hoa Binh city, the launching ceremony of "The Eternal tree planting festival in gratitude to Great Uncle Ho” is held on the occasion of the Lunar New Year in 2023.

Mr. Bui Van Khanh, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and delegates are planting trees on Madeleine Colani street.


There was the attendance of Mr. Bui Van Khanh, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee: Mr. Quach Tat Liem, Dinh Cong Su; theleaders from the provincial departments, agencies, branches and organizations; the Party committees, the authorities and a large number of civil servants and employees of Hoa Binh city.

For many years, Hoa Binh City has focused on the management, protection and development of forests, well implementing the movement "Eternal tree planting festival in gratitude to Great Uncle Ho", contributing to protecting the ecological environment, preserving the landscape, reducing disaster, adapting to the climate change.

At the launching ceremony of the Spring Tree Planting Festival ò the ỷea of Cat in 2023, Hoa Binh City has given a message of good propaganda; widely launching the movement of planting trees, creating forests, managing and protecting forests, preserving the ecological environment; effectively implementing the forestry development mechanisms and policies, trying to complete the targets and plans in 2023; well implementing the program of afforestation, urban greening, building a green, clean and beautiful Hoa Binh city... 

Immediately after the launching ceremony, the delegates has participated in planting trees along Madeleine Colani road, Quynh Lam ward.

The model of efficient energy lighting - Spreading the light of education

Since 2021, the Center for Industrial Promotion and Industrial Development Consulting (CIIDC) under the Department of Industry and Trade has been implementing a school lighting model as part of the plan for using energy efficiently and economically in Hoa Binh Province in the pẻiod of 2021 - 2025. Progress in ethnic minority education

In the 2024 - 2025 school year, the entire Hoa Binh provincial education sector includes 520 educational institutions and schools. Among them are 13 ethnic boarding schools with 153 classes and 4,487 students. Four of these schools have met national standards, reaching 30.7 percent.
