In 10 months of 2023, 22,398 poor, near-poor households and policy beneficiaries in Hoa Binh province received preferential loans from the Bank for Social Policies. Disbursement for 13 credit programs, loan turnover reached more than 888.6 billion VND. Total outstanding policy credit debt in the province reaches 4,553.5 billion VND/125,890 outstanding customers.
Thanks to policy capital, people in Phu Lai commune, Yen Thuy district have built a clean water and sanitation project.
Recently, policy capital has been promptly has transferred to beneficiaries. Policy credit has helped over 3.5 thousand workers create jobs; 83 houses were built; nearly 16 thousand clean water and sanitation projects were built. Thereby, contributing to sustainable poverty reduction and ensuring social security in the province.
