(HBO) - Chieng Chau Commune Party Committee (Mai Chau) has 11 sub Party Unions with 212 Party members. To bring into play the achievements gained after 5 years of implementation of the Politburo's Directive No. 03, the Party Committee continued to identify the implementation of Directive No. 05 on promoting learning and following the ideology, ethics, and style of Ho Chí Minh as an important political task.

serving for tourism development, bringing high economic efficiency.
The Party Committee already held a study
conference to thoroughly grasp the main content, the new points of the
Directive No. 05 compared with Directive 03 to all staff and Party members. The
Party Unions have put the contents of Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality and style
into regular activities; supplementing evaluation criteria, commenting, classifying
the Party Union and Party members annually based on the results of studying and
following the ideology, morality and style of Uncle Ho. The propaganda has been
implemented in various forms. The key role models must be good models, with
strict implementation of the work regulations, raising the sense of
responsibility in the performance of public duties. Many models and examples
have appeared and are replicated, creating the power to spread the
implementation of Directive No. 05 among staff, Party members and local people.
Typical examples are the models of green
pumpkin planting, goat farming in Na Sai village of Mr. Kha Van Hung; mulberry
raising of Mrs. Lo Thi It, Lac village; Chieng Chau Brocade Textile
Co-operative; developing community-based tourism of the families of Mr. Ha Cong
Hong and Mrs. Vi Thi Mai, Lac village, etc. In order to together build new
rural areas, more than 200 households donated land to build roads. All six
villages established a self-managed inter-household group. The management tasks
and administrative reforms have been reformed, administrative procedures are
publicly listed, and the section of receiving and delivering results is
operating effectively. The average income per capita (in 2017) was 25 million
VND, the poor household proportion reduced to 4.8%. The schools in the commune
are recognized, maintained and kept up to national standards. The percentage of
school-age children reached 100%. Cultural and sports movements have been
developing. Over 80% of residential areas and households meet cultural
standards. Chieng Chau is one of the first three communes in the district to
reach the new rural destination. For five consecutive years, the commune Party
Committee has been considered as typically clean and strong Party Union. The
commune is the leading unit in the district in organizing the administration,
culture, sports for flood prevention and protection. In 2017, the commune was
awarded the the excellent emulation flag of the communes – wards town Sections by the provincial People's
Committee.
A delegation of the Indian Embassy in Vietnam led by Ambasador Sandeep Arya paid a working trip to Hoa Binh province on April 1, aiming to explore cooperation opportunities.
