The district Party Committee’s Standing Committee has directed its member Party organisations to review, amend, and supplement regulations to ensure that they function properly and perform their assigned tasks with clear authority.

Efforts have been made to effectively maintain and implement the building of annual, monthly, and weekly plans and programmes that closely align with the tasks of each department and unit.

The building of the Party and the political system has shown significant changes. The apparatus of the Party, administration and mass organisations has been streamlined; and the personnel work carried out fully and concertedly in all aspects from assessment, planning, training, fostering, management, use and implementation of personnel policies under the management of Party committees at all levels.

The arrangement of personnel after the 24th congress of the district Party Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term is in line with the plan approved by the provincial Party Committee.

In the first half of the term, as many as 406 Party members were admitted, meeting the set targets. Annually, the number of party members who are assessed to well complete their tasks reaches 93%, while over 90% of grassroots party organisations well performed their tasks.

The mass mobilisation work has also proven effective, with 122 smart mass mobilisation models built and implemented across fields.

The leadership, direction, and administration capacity of the Party committees and authorities has improved markedly. Thanks to the Party Committee's directions, the socio-economic development of the district has recorded positive changes. The locality’s infrastructure system has been developed harmoniously.

Attention has been paid to speeding up the construction of the road section connecting National Highway 6 with Ngoi Hoa commune; and the land clearance work in a project to upgrade Provincial Roads 440 and 436.
