(HBO) – Ngoi village, Ngoi Hoa commune (Tan Lac) is one of the riverside village of Da River Reservoir with beautiful natural landscape. There are 91 households in the village, 100% of which Muong ethnic people live and still retain traditional cultural identity. The village is recognized by the provincial People's Committee as a local tourist destination in 2017.

Ngoi village is identified as the core zone in the core zone, in the whole plan for the development of Hoa Binh National Tourism Zone. This place is leaned back on the majestic limestone mountains, lying on the romantic Bay of Ngoi Hoa, with green and peaceful water during four seasons. In Ngoi Hamlet, there are many beautiful waterfalls and caves which create rare wild beauty. Hoa Tien Cave is a natural gift for Hoa Binh Lake. In the cave, there is spacious space with exotic, multicolored shapes. This place is ranked as the place for nature enthusiasts and exploring lovers by the Ministry of Culture. In addition, there are some natural caves to be newly discovered with many stalactites, stalagmites and interesting stone pillars, which is an opportunity to develop the model of experiencing ecological tourism.

Currently, Ngoi village has 10 households participating in running tourism activities, serving tourism accommodation, exploring water activities, caves, experiencing customs culture of the local people. Guests can organize programs of Team Buiding, Incentive, Trekking, participating in folk games such as fishing, rafting, rowing, etc. associated with the activities of living and production of the local people. Ngoi Hamlet has become a new tourist attraction, attracting many visitors in and out of the province. By 2015, Ngoi village welcomed 9,000 visitors, in 2016, it welcomed 12,000 visitors, 30,000 visitors welcoming in 2017, the number of visitors this year is estimated at 30,000 people. This can create more jobs and income for local people.

Preserving the cultural identity, landscape architecture of houses, customs, habits and lifestyles of the Muong ethnic group; restoring and protecting the natural landscape and environment is to exploit tourist development and make Ngoi village become an attractive tourist attraction. Building special tourist products of localities in the fields of agriculture and aquaculture is aimed to create clean and good products for tourists, to explore the tour of cave discovery, walking, enjoying on the lake and experiencing.
